What is a Template?

A template is a Microsoft Excel workbook intended to create a nationwide standard of plan- and issuer-level data collection for the use of QHP certification, Exchange operations, and oversight activities.

How do I update the review status on a Template?

To update a Template status, your Plan Binder must be in 'Update' mode.

Expand the Template view for the Template you wish to update. Select a status from the 'Review Status' drop-down menu. Click 'Save' and the 'Review Status' will populate along with 'Review Status Changed Date'.
