What is Binder at a Glance?
Binder at a Glance contains key information about the Binder and is always displayed at the top of the page, regardless of where the user is working.
What information can be found in the Binder at a Glance?
Fields currently found in the Filing at a Glance will also be present in the Binder at a Glance. Those fields are:
SERFF Tracking Number SERFF Status State Tracking Number Company Tracking Number Company Status Date Submitted Authors Reviewers The new fields related to Plan Management found ONLY in the Binder at a Glance are:
Plan Binder Name: An informal name used to identify the Plan or group of Plans contained within a Binder. The Plan Binder Name is not transmitted to the Exchange. Plan Year: The year the Plan is being sold in the marketplace. It must not be less than the current year or greater than 4 years from the current year. Market Type: Individual or Small Group Plan Management users will also notice the View Binder Log link (located under the Binder state). Like the Filing Log, the Binder Log allows users to view activity history on a Binder.
