What is new in Company and Contact for Plan Management?

The SERFF system will receive data feeds from both the NCQA and URAC accreditation entities. This data will be included on Plan Binders based on the NCQA or URAC IDs set up for the respective state in the company profile.

With the initial release on March 28th, this data is not yet available for loading into SERFF. Please ensure the NCQA and URAC IDs are correct on the company profile so the data will automatically populate on the Binder once it has been loaded into SERFF. It is anticipated that both the NCQA and URAC data will be loaded sometime during April. Authors on submitted Binders will be notified after the data has been loaded so they can verify the data.
