Plan Year 1 (2014) QHP Application State Review Tools
The QHP Application Review Tools can be found in the attached zip files. The first zip file contains information regarding the review tools. The second zip file contains the review tools test data. As of May 7, 2013, the tools are still for state use only - they are not intended to be distributed to issuers. To download the tools, right-click on each link below, then choose "Save Target As".

Next, navigate to the location where you would like the tools saved and select "Save".
To extract the tools from the zip file, navigate to the location where you saved the zip file. Right-click on the file name and choose "WinZip", then select "Extract Here". This will extract all the files to the current location. Open the Master Review Tool.xlsm to see an overview of all of the review tools and how to use them.
