The following Online Help topics are available for Responses & Amendments:

Response Quick Start guide (PDF) - This quick start guide provides an overview of the Response process.

There are three steps to create a Response Letter or Amendment.

  1. View the state Objections. Click here for detailed instructions on this step.
  2. Make the necessary schedule item revisions and additions. As of 5.6, this work is done directly on the Form, Rate/Rule or Supporting Documentation schedules in Revise mode. To put a filing in Revise mode, click the Change Schedule Items button. Click here for detailed instructions on revising or adding schedule items.
  3. The final step for either an Amendment or a Response Letter is to build and submit the letter. There are several Online Help topics available to assist users with this process.
