Response Quick Start guide (PDF) - This quick start guide provides an overview of the Response process.
There are three steps to create a Response Letter or Amendment.
- View the state Objections. Click here for detailed instructions on this step.
- Make the necessary schedule item revisions and additions. As of 5.6, this work is done directly on the Form, Rate/Rule or Supporting Documentation schedules in Revise mode. To put a filing in Revise mode, click the Change Schedule Items button. Click here for detailed instructions on revising or adding schedule items.
- The final step for either an Amendment or a Response Letter is to build and submit the letter. There are several Online Help topics available to assist users with this process.
